FAQs
Kiwi Storage has a separate service where you hire a unit and you take and collect your things. That gives you access when you want it. This service is door-to-door, and doesn’t allow customer access.
This “collection with storage” service is all about speed, security and cost-effectiveness. We can’t offer access to customers because the things are not stored with public access in mind.
Just like moving home – box things up so they’re easy to load, then we’ll put them in the van. Alternatively, use our packing service to make it even easier.
Heavy lifting, light lifting … we lift it all! You’re welcome to help us load the van, but you don’t have to lift a finger.
