Can I take my things to Kiwi’s storage units?
Kiwi Storage has a separate service where you hire a unit and you take and collect your things. That gives you access when you want it. This service is door-to-door, and doesn’t allow customer access.
Can I access some of my things when in storage?
This “collection with storage” service is all about speed, security and cost-effectiveness. We can’t offer access to customers because the things are not stored with public access in mind.
How should I prepare for a collection?
Just like moving home – box things up so they’re easy to load, then we’ll put them in the van. Alternatively, use our packing service to make it even easier.
Can you help with heavy lifting?
Heavy lifting, light lifting … we lift it all! You’re welcome to help us load the van, but you don’t have to lift a finger.
Can you deliver to a different address?
Yes! In fact, one of our biggest customer groups is people moving home.
How much does it cost?
